Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of clinical trial management activities, aiding your team in achieving high-quality results.

• Organize and coordinate all elements of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality benchmarks.

• Partner with cross-disciplinary teams to develop and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.

• Guarantee that all trials are carried out in accordance with local, national, and international regulations as well as ethical standards.

• Address challenges and make essential decisions related to trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, science, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

• Proven capability to drive the clinical outcomes of a study.

• Expertise in the specific therapeutic area assigned.

• Previous monitoring experience is advantageous.

• Openness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).
