Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Functional Lead from Clinical Operations for the execution of all Clinical Operations components of clinical studies.

• Ensure alignment with ICON SOPs, study agreements, and financial plans.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement aimed at enhancing processes, providing business value, and fulfilling client requirements.

• Act as the main point of contact for Clinical Operations concerning assigned projects.

• Cultivate effective working relationships with clients.

• Organize, schedule, and carry out project activities.

• Contribute to the formulation and upkeep of cross-functional project management plans.

• Lead risk management strategies, action plans, and the resolution of issues.

• Direct the Clinical Operations project team.

• Ensure that required project training is delivered to assigned personnel.

• Offer guidance and support to the study team.

• Collaborate with Business Development to guarantee the timely completion of change orders.

• Monitor project deliverables using suitable tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience in the clinical research sector.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical project management.

• Proven experience in site management.

• Comprehensive understanding of local regulations and requirements across APAC nations, including China.

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or medical field.

• Strong communication skills.

• Knowledge of compliance regulations.

• Ability to secure funding confidently.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Competent in computer skills.
