This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Act as a clinical expert during the implementation of systems, onboarding of physicians, and support during live procedures.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure alignment regarding account readiness, utilization objectives, and opportunities for growth.
• Oversee on-site execution during the launch of new sites and integration of technology, guaranteeing a smooth clinical experience.
• Recognize and communicate clinical insights to improve performance, workflow, and overall outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-functional cooperation among Clinical, Commercial, and R&D teams to promote adoption and excellence in procedures.
• Cultivate strong professional relationships with key physicians, clinical personnel, and internal stakeholders.
• Propel ongoing optimization at established sites to foster procedural growth and sustainability.
• A bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, biomedical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Over 3 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or interventional clinical support (experience in imaging, ultrasound, or robotics is preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to drive clinical adoption and ensure procedural success.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically, including overnight stays as necessary.
• Must fulfill all hospital credentialing requirements (background check, drug screening, immunizations).
