Clinical Scientist – CNS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Review scales administered by raters in a clinical trial to ensure that assessments are conducted in a standardized way, guaranteeing data reliability.

• Evaluate the quality of assessments and provide feedback on interview techniques and scoring methods.

• Engage in live discussions with raters regarding assessment methodologies and scoring techniques, offering guidance as needed.

• Assess case data and prepare appropriately for discussions with raters.

• Complete scheduled rater interactions and assigned tasks in a timely manner.

• Ensure all documentation related to assigned tasks is submitted promptly.

• Participate in mandatory orientation, training, and calibration activities.

• Conduct functional assessments of rater performance and assist in preparing and disseminating related communications.

• Reach out to clinical trial participants remotely to administer assessments and accurately document the resulting information.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience working with populations affected by schizophrenia and major depressive disorder.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, including the PANSS, to these populations is necessary.

• Experience in Clinical Trials is preferred.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
