This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee clinical trial sites through both on-site and remote visits.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with investigators and site personnel.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Manage documentation related to site-level studies, system updates, and visit reports.
• Execute corrective measures as necessary to uphold study integrity.
• Guarantee that sites are consistently prepared for audits and inspections.
• Facilitate the execution of high-quality clinical trials, site collaborations, and compliance throughout all study phases.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and adaptability.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of independent work.
• Positive and professional demeanor, comfortable supporting both virtual and in-person teams.
• Residency in São Paulo City, Rio de Janeiro City, Curitiba, or Porto Alegre is required.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is required.
• Ability to travel is necessary.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
