Clinical Research Associate II, MDD Experience

📋 Description

• Conduct all site monitoring visit activities, encompassing all study visit types (PSV, SIV, IMV, and COV).

• Engage in the site selection process with guidance from the Clinical Team Lead.

• Offer feedback to assist sites in resolving identified deficiencies and the necessary corrective actions, and follow up until these issues are addressed.

• Aid in the development and review of protocols, study tools, and materials, along with documentation for clinical trials.

• Mentor, train, and co-monitor junior clinical team members.

• Build and sustain effective working relationships with clinical sites and within Rho, ensuring communication of project objectives and essential requirements.

• Attend and present at meetings and conferences, including Investigator Meetings.

• Participate in the RFP process, which includes business development meetings.

• Contribute to the Clinical Operations community at Rho by engaging in internal initiatives and standard operating procedures for the management and monitoring of clinical trials.

• Execute both onsite and remote monitoring and study closure activities across various protocols.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree, preferably in a life science, nursing, pharmacy, or a related field, with approximately 2 years of on-site monitoring experience for CRA II or 4-5 years+ for Senior CRA within the CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sector, demonstrating a solid understanding of medical/therapeutic area knowledge and medical terminology essential for the comprehension and execution of clinical protocols.

• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and EDC systems.

• Strong communication skills: Showcase written, verbal, and presentation abilities to highlight your successes and those of Rho.
