Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and evaluate clinical trials, analyzing complex medical data.

• Participate in clinical trial monitoring activities and take ownership of deliverables.

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closure visits.

• Ensure adherence to protocols, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trials.

• Collaborate with investigators and site personnel to ensure seamless study execution.

• Perform data reviews and address queries to uphold the quality of clinical data.

• Assist in the preparation and review of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines.

• Experience in monitoring Ophthalmology trials or multi-therapeutic area studies.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 60% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the location where the position is based.
