Clinical Research Associate, All Levels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Conducting all types of visits while ensuring adherence to regulatory and protocol standards.

• Engaging in every facet of a clinical trial, from development and planning through to study completion.

• Adhering to relevant regulations, ICH/GCP, and Evestia Clinical or sponsor SOPs to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of investigational products (drugs, biologics, or devices).

• Upholding key performance metrics in line with company standards and timelines, ensuring compliance with established monitoring and reporting requirements.

• Guaranteeing that assigned sites meet the objectives outlined in the study protocol.

• Collaborating within project teams and under supervision, reporting to a Clinical Team Lead and/or Project Manager.

• Effectively communicating between sponsors, investigators, and project teams.

• Completing all administrative responsibilities (expense and time reporting) in accordance with company guidelines.

• Performing any additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant prior experience in independently monitoring and executing all types of site visits.

• Ideally located in the North East.

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and clinical trial regulations.

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with medical terminology and human physiology.

• Proficient in information technology (computer skills).

• Exceptional customer service abilities.

• Proven flexibility and adaptability.

• Capability to work both in a team setting and independently when necessary.

• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to timelines.
