This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
• Conducting all types of visits while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and protocols.
• Engaging in every phase of a clinical trial, from development and planning to the conclusion of the study.
• Adhering to relevant regulations, ICH/GCP, and Evestia Clinical or sponsor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of investigational products (drugs, biologics, or devices).
• Maintaining key performance indicators in line with company standards and timelines, ensuring compliance with set monitoring and reporting expectations.
• Ensuring that assigned sites meet the objectives outlined in the study protocol.
• Collaborating within project teams and under supervision, reporting to a Clinical Team Lead and/or Project Manager.
• Effectively communicating between sponsors, investigators, and project teams.
• Completing all administrative responsibilities (expense and time reporting) in accordance with company guidelines.
• Carrying out additional duties as assigned.
• Significant prior experience in independently monitoring and conducting all varieties of site visits.
• Preferably located in the South East.
• Knowledge of the principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulations governing clinical trials.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and human physiology.
• Proficient in information technology (computer skills).
• Excellent customer service capabilities.
• Proven flexibility and adaptability.
• Ability to work both collaboratively in a team setting and independently as necessary.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
