This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more states.
• Oversee the entire project or a collection of projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring inquiries are addressed and concerns are resolved
• Collaborate with other project leaders and vendors to maintain projects at optimal quality, on schedule, and within budget
• Manage all project deliverables with a focus on financial acumen and risk mitigation
• Lead and guide cross-functional team leaders and third-party vendors
• Oversee project contractual deliverables, including progress metrics and compliance with time, quality/scope, and cost requirements
• Engage in and participate in the bid defense process
• Provide performance feedback on project team members to their respective line managers
• Maintain a thorough understanding of each functional service area and lead diverse functional teams
• Create detailed analyses and forecasts of project timelines and financials for senior management and clients
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research within a CRO
• An undergraduate degree or its international equivalent from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to fulfill job responsibilities
• An undergraduate degree in a clinical, science, or health-related field is preferred
• A licensed healthcare professional, such as a registered nurse, is preferred
• At least 1–2 years of experience leading Oncology cellular therapy clinical trials is strongly preferred
• Fluent in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
• Must not require current or future sponsorship for employment visa status
• Possess natural leadership, organizational skills, flexibility, adaptability, client leadership, team motivation, and collaboration abilities
