This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect, organize, and analyze clinical data from multiple sources within G.E.H.A.
• Create detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership regarding clinical operations, outcomes, and performance metrics.
• Assess clinical performance indicators to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to gain insight into operational challenges and opportunities for enhancement.
• Review and evaluate dashboards and metrics to obtain real-time insights into clinical performance and outcomes across the clinical operations division.
• Establish KPIs and benchmarks to monitor progress and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Work alongside Data & Analytics and other G.E.H.A. departments to maintain data integrity, standardization, and accuracy.
• Determine reporting requirements and implement solutions to fulfill stakeholder needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and quality enhancement within clinical operations.
• Suggest optimization strategies grounded in data-driven insights and industry best practices.
• Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations.
• Present complex data in a clear manner to senior leadership.
• Provide cross-functional support to Clinical Quality, Population Health, Dental, Pharmacy, Medical Management, and Health & Well-being.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Medical Management to bolster the Clinical Operations Division.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, data science, statistics, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in healthcare data analysis and reporting within a clinical or healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare data systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to provide non-cellular high-speed internet service such as fiber, DSL, or cable modem for a home office.
• Minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
• Latency response time lower than 80 ms.
• Hotspots, satellite, and wireless internet service are not acceptable.
• A dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. location; G.E.H.A. does not hire employees from U.S. territories or Alaska, Hawaii, California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, or Maine.
