Clinical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of proactively enhancing project performance to align with contracted deliverables while fulfilling customer requirements.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration with the client and project team in a complex, multi-cultural environment.

• Spearhead the formulation of the project strategy.

• Lead the identification of project, financial, and quality risks by employing comprehensive risk management practices.

• Collaborate with project team members and key stakeholders to supervise and manage project budgets, resources, and scope.

• Ensure compliance with established budgetary constraints and financial milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university or college degree (preferably in life sciences) or a certification in a related allied health profession (e.g., nursing, medical or laboratory technology).

• A minimum of five (5) years of pertinent clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company or CRO.

• At least two years of project management experience (preferably in international clinical trial management).

• Proficiency in managing the End-to-End Clinical Trial Lifecycle.

• Familiarity with ICH Guidelines and GCP, including international regulatory requirements for clinical development programs.

• Advanced proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Access, and PowerPoint).

• Experience in managing projects within a matrix and virtual setting.

• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and utilize resources efficiently.

• Demonstrated capacity to foster effective teamwork and motivate staff within a matrix organization.
