This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Take ownership of the entire screening process, from the initial submission of images to the final results delivery to clinical sites.
• Ensure each patient progresses promptly through all steps of the workflow.
• Act as the primary contact for sites concerning screening status, system issues, and any queries about the screening process.
• Keep precise communication records while providing outstanding service to clinical sites.
• Oversee and manage digital platforms that facilitate the screening workflow, including imaging submission platforms, Salesforce, Monday.com, and other internal workflow and documentation systems.
• Grant system access to physicians and team members in accordance with governance standards.
• Troubleshoot problems, create service tickets, monitor resolution progress, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness across all systems.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Imaging Screening Specialist on daily screening operations, escalations, and clinical/imaging-related matters.
• Work in partnership with internal teams (Imaging, Clinical Affairs, Data Management, Operations, Commercial team) to promote efficient and compliant workflows.
• Assist in updating or creating training materials, SOPs, and process documentation as required.
• Manage dashboards and reporting tools that monitor screening activities, site performance, turnaround times, and workflow trends.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc data summaries, metrics, and insights to internal stakeholders.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks or opportunities for improvement through data-driven analysis.
• Exhibit strong digital agility by quickly learning, adopting, and managing new applications and workflow tools.
• Proactively pinpoint and implement technology-driven solutions to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and minimize manual effort.
• Present practical, data-driven suggestions and adapt confidently to changing digital environments.
• Support ongoing improvement initiatives within the TMTT Screening Team.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent professional experience) such as Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Data Analytics/Data Science, Health Informatics/Clinical Informatics, Information Systems (IS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Health Information Management, or Computer Science (with healthcare exposure).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in any additional European language is advantageous.
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical research operations, workflow management, or clinical trial support.
• Familiarity with data dashboards and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
