Clinical Lead – Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Supervise clinical trials, ensuring effective execution from initiation to closure.

• Direct site selection and feasibility evaluations, collaborating closely with CRAs and investigators.

• Manage study timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals.

• Oversee protocol administration, site initiation, monitoring, and study advancement.

• Work collaboratively across departments with internal and external stakeholders, including sponsors, investigators, and project teams.

• Ensure adherence to GCP, FDA regulations, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Train and guide CRAs and site personnel, ensuring compliance with protocols and data integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Renal experience is essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline (RN preferred) with industry experience, including 1-2 years as a Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Lead.

• Strong foundation in monitoring and site management, preferably with experience in oncology or other complex indications.

• CCRA or CCRP certification is highly desirable.

• In-depth knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial best practices.

• Capability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% as necessary.
