Clinical Documentation Associate – Licensed Physical Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Review and assess clinical documentation to guarantee precision and comprehensiveness.

• Work in partnership with healthcare professionals to confirm and clarify medical documentation.

• Ensure adherence to clinical documentation standards and guidelines.

• Identify any gaps or inconsistencies in documentation and offer constructive feedback.

• Assist in educating and training healthcare providers on best practices for clinical documentation.

• Engage in quality assurance initiatives related to clinical documentation.

• Maintain precise and current records of documentation activities.

• Provide insights into treatment progress and outcomes utilizing clinical expertise.

• Comply with confidentiality and regulatory requirements.

• Assist with additional administrative tasks as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• A current and valid license as a Physical Therapist.

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist.

• Availability to work on Saturdays, with work hours from 11 am to 7:30 pm EST.

• Experience in clinical documentation or a comparable administrative role is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards and medical terminology.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

• An analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills.

• Access to a personal computer or laptop with stable internet connectivity.

• Proficient in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
