This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily clinical data science operations, aiding the team in achieving high-quality results.

• Spearhead the creation and execution of data science initiatives aimed at improving clinical trial data analysis.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to determine essential data needs and analytical requirements.

• Supervise the creation of statistical models and analytical tools to enhance data interpretation.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on best practices in data analysis and visualization.

• Present findings and insights to stakeholders through reports and presentations, shaping project trajectories.

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related field.

• Significant experience in data analysis and project leadership in a clinical research environment.

• Strong proficiency in statistical software and data visualization methods.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on converting data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities, fostering collaboration among diverse teams.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 15%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
