This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Accountable for driving growth in Specialty.
• Create and implement a product roadmap that focuses on oncology, rare diseases, and other high-cost therapies.
• Formulate cost management and population health initiatives.
• Guide the clinical strategy as well as the journeys of providers and members.
• Establish drug lists, clinical workflows, and clinical guidelines.
• Oversee clinical committees and ensure clinical governance.
• Discover opportunities for publications in clinical journals and research.
• Experience in oncology practice or health systems.
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) credential.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and collaborate with various teams while progressing work in a matrix-style organization.
• Skill in framing complex issues and devising solutions that address diverse interests with minimal supervision.
