Client Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Interact with customers through inbound calls, addressing their inquiries which may involve offering guidance on products and service levels.

• Execute transactions that encompass options, equities, mutual funds, fixed income trades, and other specialized monetary requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of Series 7 license is mandatory.

• Series 63 license or the ability to obtain it within 90 days is required.

• A background of 2-3 years in financial services is preferred.
