Client Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Interact with customers through incoming calls, addressing their questions and concerns.

• Offer guidance on products and service levels.

• Execute transactions including options, equities, mutual funds, fixed income trades, and other specialized monetary requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 certification is mandatory.

• Series 63 or the ability to obtain it within 90 days is required.

• 2-3 years of prior experience in the financial services sector is necessary.
