Client Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Interact with customers through incoming calls

• Offer guidance on products and service levels

• Execute transactions related to options, equities, and mutual funds

• Provide swift solutions for a variety of client situations

• Work in partnership with internal business units to investigate and address intricate client inquiries

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 certification is mandatory

• Series 63 or the capability to acquire it within 90 days

• 2-3 years of experience in the financial services sector
