Client Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Interact with customers through incoming calls, addressing their inquiries

• Provide prompt and effective solutions for a range of client scenarios

• Work together with internal business partners to investigate and resolve intricate client requests

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 certification is mandatory

• Series 63 certification or the ability to secure it within 90 days

• 2-3 years of prior experience in the financial services industry
