Client Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Interact with customers through inbound calls, addressing their inquiries which may involve offering guidance on products and service levels.

• Execute transactions encompassing options, equities, mutual funds, fixed income trades, and other specialized financial requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 certification is mandatory.

• Series 63 certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days.

• 2-3 years of prior experience in the financial services sector.
