Client Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Interacting with customers through inbound calls, addressing their queries, and offering guidance on products and services.

• Handling customer requests that encompass options, equities, mutual funds, fixed income trades, and other specialized monetary inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Series 7 license is required.

• A Series 63 license is preferred (paid training and support will be provided).

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector.

• Strong technological proficiency and a willingness to learn new tools.
