Client Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Interact with customers through incoming calls

• Provide effective and prompt solutions for a variety of client issues

• Take ownership of case management, investigate the problem, and relay the resolution to the client

• Identify opportunities and suggest products and services that will support the client’s financial growth

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 certification is mandatory

• Series 63 or the ability to acquire it within 90 days

• 2-3 years of prior experience in financial services
