Client Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Interact with customers through incoming calls, addressing their questions and concerns.

• Provide prompt and effective solutions for a variety of client issues.

• Identify opportunities and recommend products and services that will improve the client’s financial well-being.

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 license is mandatory.

• Series 63 license or the ability to acquire it within 90 days.

• 2-3 years of prior experience in financial services is required.
