Client Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Interact with clients through incoming calls

• Offer guidance on products and service levels

• Handle transactions including options, equities, mutual funds, and fixed income trades

• Provide prompt and effective solutions for a variety of client issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 certification is mandatory

• Series 63 or the ability to acquire it within 90 days

• 2-3 years of prior experience in financial services
