Client Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Interact with customers through inbound calls, addressing their inquiries which may include offering guidance on products and services, processing transactions such as options, equities, mutual funds, fixed income trades, and other specialized financial requests.

• Provide efficient and responsive solutions for various client scenarios. Take ownership of case management, investigate the issue, and communicate the resolution to the client.

• Identify opportunities and recommend products and services that will contribute to the client's financial success while collaborating with the Financial Consultant to discuss these options with the client.

• Work together with internal business partners to investigate and resolve complex client requests.

• Make proactive outbound calls to inform the client of resolutions or gather additional information to complete the request.

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 certification is required.

• Series 63 certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days.

• 2-3 years of prior experience in financial services.

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of general financial planning concepts.

• Demonstrated customer service, client support, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to effectively influence others.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
