Client Sales Insights Analyst – Consumer Technology Product Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic objectives.

• Transform complex data into actionable insights that empower clients to make informed decisions and achieve quantifiable outcomes.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to provide integrated solutions and ensure client success.

• Keep abreast of trends in [retail, CPG, or general merchandise] to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.

• Utilize Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to facilitate client engagements and solution delivery.

• Achieve or surpass individual and team sales objectives through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.

• Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.

• Proven ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, focusing on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree along with 1-3 years of prior experience in a market research or client service role, with hands-on exposure to consumer and/or POS data.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with a proven capability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a comfort level in engaging clients and internal stakeholders through a consultative, insight-led approach.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Experience with Circana’s Unify+ is preferred.
