Clinical Research Associate II – Full-time, 24-month fixed-term

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be tasked with the execution of global studies in Germany.

• Study management: You will oversee a variety of studies — from site selection to conduct and close-out.

• Coordination: You will collaborate closely with your local CRA colleagues across different study teams and contribute to the timely delivery of projects through proactive planning.

• Monitoring: You will manage several investigational sites and oversee collaborations with partners and authorities, along with overall site management alongside your local CRA colleagues.

• Compliance: You will ensure that all internal and external requirements are fulfilled in your projects and that sites are prepared for inspections at all times.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a health-related discipline (e.g., Medicine, Life Sciences, Pharmacy)

• A minimum of 2 years of both on-site and remote monitoring experience in clinical trials (Phases 1–4), with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards

• Exceptional planning abilities, outstanding organizational skills, and analytical thinking; capable of working independently and in a structured manner

• Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, reflective capacity, adaptability, and persuasiveness

• Proficiency in both German and English at a business level
