This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Analyze SEC filings and proxy statements from publicly traded firms, emphasizing executive compensation programs and share-based compensation plans to ensure data accuracy.
• Assess the precision with which client voting policies are implemented and create client summaries that detail the outcomes of their voting policies on particular proposals.
• Assist the wider team in data-related projects as required.
• Engage with the broader team to clarify compensation policies, methodologies, and analytical findings.
• Employ analytical tools, models, and technology platforms to perform thorough quantitative and qualitative evaluations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience in executive compensation research.
• Proven understanding of U.S. (or relevant market) executive compensation issues and governance standards.
• Strong grasp of executive compensation practices, governance trends, and associated corporate disclosures.
• Excellent reading comprehension, analytical skills, and familiarity with compensation-related modeling.
• Capability to simplify and communicate intricate compensation concepts effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in working with analytical tools and compensation-related data models.
• Outstanding analytical, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• High level of attention to detail, precision, and organization, with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
