Claims Specialist – Trucking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Claims Evaluation: Assess and analyze trucking claims submitted by clients to verify their legitimacy, coverage, and possible payouts.

• Conduct comprehensive investigations to gather pertinent information from various stakeholders, including drivers, trucking firms, and insurance adjusters.

• Cost Evaluation: Leverage your expertise to examine maintenance logs, repair invoices, and other documentation to accurately determine truck and trailer maintenance expenses.

• Documentation and Reporting: Keep precise and thorough records of all claims, communications, and decisions made during the claims process.

• Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the claims procedure.

• Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations, company policies, and best practices concerning claims processing.

• Continuous Improvement: Work alongside team members to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing claims processing efficiency and accuracy.
