This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Claims Evaluation: Assess and analyze trucking claims submitted by clients to establish their legitimacy, coverage, and potential compensation.

• Conduct comprehensive investigations to gather pertinent information from all parties involved, including drivers, trucking companies, and insurance adjusters.

• Cost Evaluation: Leverage your expertise to scrutinize maintenance records, repair invoices, and other documents to accurately determine truck and trailer maintenance expenses.

• Record Keeping and Reporting: Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all claims, communications, and decisions throughout the claims process.

• Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the claims process.

• Compliance with Regulations: Keep up-to-date with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices concerning claims processing.

• Continuous Enhancement: Work alongside team members to pinpoint opportunities for boosting the efficiency and accuracy of claims processing.


⛳️ Requirements

• Solid comprehension of trucking operations, including knowledge of truck and trailer maintenance practices and associated costs.

• Previous experience in the trucking industry is a notable advantage.

• Experience in claims processing, insurance, or a similar field is preferred.

• Familiarity with claims management software is an asset.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities are crucial.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for claims management and documentation.
