This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming claims and assist customers with the claims filing process.

• Investigate, assess, process, and resolve claims in a timely and precise manner.

• Communicate with customers, drivers, team members, agencies, and internal departments regarding updates and resolutions related to claims.

• Review bills of lading, inventory sheets, warehouse receipts, claim forms, and relevant documentation.

• Assess liability, coverage, and settlement amounts in accordance with company protocols and regulatory standards.

• Oversee claims using Supermove and other online claims management systems.

• Coordinate inspections, repairs, and investigations for missing items.

• Prepare release agreements and manage settlement payouts.

• Monitor and report on claims activities, trends, and loss statistics.

• Collaborate with the Payroll and Accounting teams regarding chargebacks, credits, and settlement timelines.

• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, military business regulations, and company policies.

• Contribute to the development of SOPs and enhancements to claims processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in claims handling is essential.

• Experience in the moving industry is highly preferred.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and capacity to multitask effectively.

• Keen attention to detail and capability to accurately process substantial volumes of information.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Positive demeanor and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
