
Claims Representative, Workers Compensation Training Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Participate in and complete the assigned claims professional training program.
• Adjust various tiers of workers’ compensation claims under close supervision.
• Process and reply to incoming mail, emails, and other claim-related documents based on the claim's status.
• Communicate effectively with injured workers, insured parties/employers, medical providers, attorneys, and carrier representatives.
• Conduct thorough investigations of new and ongoing claims by collecting relevant information.
• Assess coverage, compensability, and appropriate benefits in line with jurisdictional guidelines and carrier program standards.
• Maintain claims files and create detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations.
• Engage in virtual and/or in-person meetings as necessary for training and claims discussions.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• No prior experience necessary.
