Claims Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Engage in the assessment of claims notifications in alignment with policy stipulations and conditions.

• Aid in the organization and completion of claims settlement documentation.

• Assist in gathering and validating necessary supporting documents.

• Support investigations concerning payment discrepancies.

• Participate in communications with internal departments (collections, underwriting, claims management).

• Refresh information in internal systems/tools.

• Assist in tracking cases and ensuring compliance with processing timelines.

• Aid in the formulation of fundamental reports.

• Provide assistance for administrative and accounting tasks related to the files.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in management, finance, or accounting.

• Eligibility for the ANAPEC program.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in French.

• Proactive, self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
