Claims Advisor, P&C Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Perform investigations and inspections to evaluate damage, estimate costs and market value, and create and review reports and other documentation to establish settlement amounts.

• Review medical, financial, and employment information to assess eligibility for benefits according to statutory requirements.

• Resolve claims in alignment with the organization’s standards, policies, quality commitments, and contractual obligations.

• Adhere to deadlines to guarantee client satisfaction and prevent penalties.

• Engage in negotiations with all parties involved to facilitate seamless claims processing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college diploma in a relevant discipline.

• At least three years of pertinent experience.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.
