This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
• Address crop claims by performing field inspections, engaging with relevant parties, conducting investigations, determining suitable adjustments, and managing insurance policies to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.
• Carry out field inspections, reviews, and adjustments accurately and efficiently to administer crop insurance policies.
• Ensure compliance with insurance statutes and regulations to implement crop policies in a cost-effective manner.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships through prompt and precise policy service.
• Accurately document and relay loss information to evaluate potential damages.
• Support business goals through quality control activities, audits, and risk assessments.
• Foster a positive work environment by exemplifying cultural expectations and positively influencing others.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Agriculture and/or Farming sector.
• Completion of the Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with both internal team members and external customers.
• Utilize relevant information and personal judgment to adhere to organizational and legal regulations.
• Establish and maintain effective, trusting, and respectful relationships with others.
• Complete tasks with attention and thoroughness.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate externally and share information to support best practices and achieve organizational objectives.
