Claims Adjuster – Crop

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough field inspections, reviews, and adjustments with accuracy and efficiency to manage crop insurance policies.

• Ensure adherence to insurance laws and regulations to implement crop policies in a cost-effective manner.

• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships by providing timely and precise policy services.

• Accurately document and communicate loss information to evaluate potential damages.

• Aid in achieving business goals through quality control initiatives, audits, and risk evaluations.

• Foster a positive work atmosphere by embodying cultural values and positively influencing colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.

• Valid Driver's License is required.

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience is preferred.

• Previous experience in the insurance sector is preferred.

• Background in agriculture is preferred.

• Familiarity with farming practices is preferred.
