This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

• Conduct investigations, evaluations, and adjustments for a range of property and casualty claims.

• Engage in effective and professional negotiations with claimants, public adjusters, legal representatives, and third-party entities.

• Process payments, issue settlements within authorized limits, and ensure accurate maintenance of claim records.

• Offer technical expertise and support for high-value, intricate, or multifaceted claims.

• Comply with company policies, guidelines, state insurance regulations, and adhere to industry best practices.

• Execute comprehensive desk-based adjusting, utilizing modern technology, digital documentation, and remote evaluation tools.

• Demonstrated success in adjusting commercial property losses and commercial casualty/liability lines.

• Direct experience in managing claims related to manufactured housing, modular structures, and distinctive policy endorsements.

• Experience in adjusting high-volume personal property claims.

• Valid Adjuster License in good standing (or the ability to swiftly acquire reciprocal licensing).

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry certifications (e.g., AIC, SCLA) is preferred.

• Proficiency in modern claims management systems (CMS), Google Workspace, digital estimating software, and remote online software tools.
