Civil Structural Architecture Supervisor – Data Centre

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Manage daily construction operations for civil, structural, and architectural projects

• Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams

• Track work progress in relation to project timelines and milestones

• Perform regular site inspections to guarantee work quality and adherence

• Review and authorize construction drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications

• Establish and enforce quality control procedures and standards

• Carry out quality inspections during critical construction phases

• Ensure compliance with Thai building regulations and international standards

• Record quality issues and facilitate corrective measures

• Assess material certifications and test reports

• Uphold site safety protocols and procedures

• Lead safety briefings and toolbox discussions

• Monitor adherence to occupational health and safety regulations

• Investigate incidents and implement preventive strategies

• Collaborate with safety officers and regulatory bodies

• Oversee the site engineering team and technical personnel

• Offer technical support and mentorship to junior engineers

• Coordinate with project managers and other discipline supervisors

• Conduct performance assessments and skills development planning

• Manage workforce scheduling and resource distribution

• Keep precise construction records and progress documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress updates

• Document variations, delays, and change orders

• Work alongside the project controls team on schedule revisions

• Ensure proper documentation of permits, approvals, and certifications

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities

• Attend project meetings and site coordination sessions

• Address technical challenges and facilitate design clarifications

• Assist in project handover and commissioning activities

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture

• At least 8-10 years of construction experience with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity

• Experience with large-scale construction projects (commercial, industrial, or infrastructure)

• Prior experience working in Thailand or Southeast Asia is preferred

• Expertise in construction methods for concrete, steel, and architectural systems

• Familiarity with Thai building codes, regulations, and permit processes

• Proficient in construction management software and project scheduling tools

• Understanding of MEP coordination and integration of building systems

• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and green building standards

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

• Proficiency in Thai language is highly preferred
