This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Offer consulting expertise to agency or organizational personnel regarding best practices.
• Create tools, reports, and protocols aimed at enhancing practices.
• Travel to designated locations to carry out audits.
• Assess policies, training materials, reports, and evidence at various sites.
• Draft audit reports and develop corrective action plans.
• Participate in regular project reporting and aid in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in social work, public administration, or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Successfully pass Federal and State criminal background checks and Child Protective Services (CPS) clearances from each state within the last five years.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in conducting accreditation or licensing audits.
• At least 2 years of experience in child abuse investigations.
• Outstanding project management skills with an emphasis on providing technical assistance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication abilities.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in child welfare, including at least 3 years in relevant monitoring, evaluation, and child welfare roles.
