Child & Adolescent Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy to patients and their families.

• Utilize measurement-based care to guide treatment planning.

• Collaborate with other members of the care team (e.g., coach and psychiatrist).

• Provide input on program curricula and training protocols.

• Offer feedback on the various uses of technology in treatment.

• Stay informed about risk management considerations.

• Complete documentation promptly and comprehensively.

• Engage in initial and ongoing training on the use of evidence-based and technology-enhanced care delivery.

• Lead skills or skills practice groups as assigned. These age-appropriate groups for patients or parents/caregivers emphasize skills development and implementation based on the InStride Health curriculum. The groups are rooted in CBT, incorporating elements of ACT and PMT.

⛳️ Requirements

• LCSW from an accredited school of social work, or LPC with a Master's degree from an accredited graduate program.

• Pennsylvania licensure relevant to the clinical discipline.

• Strong experience in treating children and adolescents with anxiety and related disorders.

• Training and experience in delivering evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT).

• Basic computer skills, with proficiency in and a willingness to embrace new technologies.

• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Capacity to adapt and work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, mission-oriented environment.

• Culturally sensitive and responsive to diversity and inclusion.

• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information in a way that fosters confidence and trust.
