Child & Adolescent Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based treatment to individuals and groups, including patients and their families.

• Employ measurement-based care to guide treatment planning effectively.

• Collaborate with fellow care team members, such as coaches and psychiatrists.

• Offer constructive feedback on program curricula and training protocols.

• Provide insights regarding the various uses of technology in therapeutic practices.

• Stay informed about risk management concerns.

• Ensure timely and comprehensive documentation of all relevant information.

• Engage in initial and ongoing training related to evidence-based and tech-enhanced care delivery.

• Lead skills or skills practice groups as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ph.D. or PsyD. in psychology from an accredited institution, LCSW from an accredited school of social work, or LMHC & Master's degree from an accredited graduate program.

• Valid New York licensure appropriate to your clinical discipline.

• Strong experience in treating children and adolescents dealing with anxiety and related disorders.

• Proven experience and training in providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT).

• Basic computer skills, along with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.

• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Capacity to be adaptable and work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information in a way that fosters confidence and trust.
