This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate individual and group sessions that demonstrate effective techniques for emotional and behavioral regulation.
• Create tailored treatment plans for clients following one-on-one assessments.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate clients on coping strategies, emotional regulation, and stress management techniques to promote sustainable personal growth.
• Keep confidential client records and case notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Complete a 2-day Certification course at the Maze of Life Resource Center to become a Certified Anger Management Specialist.
• Finish a 90-day Training Development program that covers all systems, operations, and class facilitation.
• Previous experience in guiding, coaching, or teaching others is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be purpose-driven, passionate, and eager to learn.
• Must be flexible to participate in virtual meetings and training multiple times each month.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the capability to inspire introspection, connection, and ambition.
• Display empathy, non-judgment, and reflectiveness.
• Exhibit strong active listening skills.
• Possess robust organizational abilities.
• Capability to work with diverse populations and individuals of all ages.
• Multilingual skills are advantageous but not essential.
• Freedom to set personal schedules.
• Chance to lead both individual and group sessions.
• Support for personal development and emotional awareness.
