This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Propel revenue growth by collaboratively marketing Viracor’s cell therapy testing solutions in conjunction with CAR T and cell therapy manufacturers, as well as field sales into treatment centers and integrated delivery networks (IDN).
• Identify, cultivate, and enhance strategic alliances with academic medical centers, transplant programs, IDNs, and oncology networks engaged in cell therapy delivery.
• Implement regional business plans that align with corporate goals, emphasizing the increase of test adoption throughout the cell therapy patient journey.
• Work collaboratively across various functions including sales, medical affairs, marketing, and operations teams to provide integrated solutions to clients.
• Guide intricate sales processes from opportunity identification to closure, including stakeholder mapping, value proposition development, and contract negotiation.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, pharmacists, and program administrators in cell therapy centers.
• Present high-impact, clinically credible presentations on diagnostic solutions that support CAR T and other cell therapies.
• Supply market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights to guide strategy and product development.
• Maintain precise and prompt documentation of account activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems.
• Oversee territory expenses in line with budgetary expectations.
• Represent Viracor at industry conferences, meetings, and customer events.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and coordination with internal teams.
• Keep abreast of advancements in cell therapy, immunology, and diagnostic technologies pertinent to the portfolio.
• A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least seven (7) years of proven sales or business development experience in diagnostics, biotech, or healthcare; experience in oncology, cell transplant, or cell therapy is strongly preferred.
• Proven record of success in complex, collaborative, or co-selling environments.
• Strong understanding of CAR T therapies, cell therapy workflows, and related diagnostic requirements (e.g., infectious disease monitoring, immune profiling, molecular testing).
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare systems, including academic centers, IDNs, and specialty care delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic partnerships with external stakeholders and key partners.
• Strong business acumen, including territory planning, forecasting, and budget management.
• Ability to learn and effectively convey complex scientific and clinical information.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills across various organizational levels.
• Highly organized, goal-driven, and adept at managing a dynamic territory with competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to work independently in an entrepreneurial setting.
• High degree of professionalism and the ability to represent the organization effectively.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%.
