📋 Description

• Enhance and expand Addi’s capital framework by implementing advanced debt financing strategies that secure long-term liquidity and reduce funding costs to support rapid regional growth.

• Serve as the vital link between Addi’s ambitious lending objectives and the institutional capital necessary to achieve them, directly influencing the company’s unit economics and valuation.

• Attain an On-Time closing rate for new warehouse or securitization facilities by overseeing the comprehensive due diligence process and coordinating cross-functional efforts, ensuring no setbacks in the funding timeline.

• Elevate data accuracy and reporting efficiency for lenders by introducing automated SQL-based monitoring tools, minimizing manual ad-hoc requests and bolstering investor confidence.

• Implement a smooth "Bank Migration" financial workstream by aligning internal reporting and covenant structures with new regulatory standards, ensuring no breaches during the transition phase.

• Create impactful investment committee memos and pitch decks that effectively secure internal C-level approval and external term sheets for corporate or private placement facilities.

• Ensure compliance with all financial covenants by proactively managing a centralized reporting calendar and conducting monthly stress tests on portfolio performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Structured Credit & Capital Markets.

• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, boutique advisory, financial institutions, or fintech/startups.

• Exhibits profound technical knowledge of warehouse facilities, ABS (Asset-Backed Securities), and revolving credit lines.

• Capable of analyzing complex credit agreements to identify essential operational and financial constraints.

• Experienced in developing robust, error-free Excel models for projecting cash flows, advance rates, and concentration limits.

• Proven track record of effectively presenting a company’s credit narrative to institutional lenders and credit committees.

• Ability to convert complex financial structures into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

• Proven aptitude for managing high-stakes, multi-month due diligence processes involving Legal, Tax, and Credit teams.

• Exhibits a high degree of resilience while navigating the uncertainties of a rapidly changing regulatory landscape.
