This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders in tax, finance, and technology.

• Convert business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system documentation.

• Model business and system processes using BPMN and UML methodologies.

• Examine data flows, validation logic, approval workflows, reporting outputs, and integration dependencies.

• Utilize SQL for data analysis, validation, issue investigation, and verification of reporting logic.

• Assist with API and integration analysis, including mapping source systems, target structures, and defining business rules.

• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and coordination of delivery activities.

• Manage communication among business users, tax specialists, developers, QA teams, and delivery managers.

• Aid in tracking actions, dependencies, blockers, and overall project timelines.

• Help organize workshops, status updates, and documentation activities related to the project.

• Support testing efforts, including UAT preparation, defect clarification, and business validation processes.

• Maintain process maps, workflow descriptions, data mappings, and requirement documentation.

• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies across both business and technical domains.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Technical BA, PMO Analyst, Delivery Coordinator, or Project Coordinator within technology projects.

• Strong capability to analyze business processes and translate them into well-structured business and system requirements.

• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN methodologies.

• Proficient in SQL for data validation, analysis, and facilitating testing activities.

• Experience with enterprise applications, reporting systems, workflow platforms, or data-driven solutions.

• Solid understanding of integrations, data flows, validation rules, and business logic.

• Ability to generate clear functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and system documentation.

• Experience in supporting delivery coordination or project tracking activities.

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong proficiency in English communication skills.
