This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and provide support for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence (Cloud).
• Set up and enhance workflows, automations, permissions, and integrations.
• Maintain system performance, availability, and reliability.
• Develop and refine ITSM practices in accordance with ITIL standards.
• Lead improvement projects and manage change alongside stakeholders.
• Conduct troubleshooting, user assistance, training, and create documentation.
• Proficient with Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence).
• Experience in configuring workflows, automations, permissions, and customizations.
• Strong grasp of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.
• Background in system integrations and troubleshooting within cloud environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adept at balancing technical and business perspectives.
• Proficient in Advanced/Fluent English.
• Bachelor's degree completed.
