This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and architect to document the current OCIG workflows.
• Define functional requirements.
• Maintain the matrix for equivalence between legacy and modern workflows.
• Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and scripts.
• Coordinate user testing efforts.
• Document any defects and acceptance criteria.
• Develop training materials for users.
• Ensure user-facing accessibility is verified.
• Maintain the integrity of OCIG and executive workflows, demonstrating equivalence or approved enhancements.
• Deliver UAT plans, scripts, and outcomes.
• Provide training for administrators and super-users.
• Develop quick-reference guides.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 standards.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, QA/UAT Lead, or in a comparable enterprise application role.
• Proven experience in documenting both current and future workflows.
• Skills in requirements elicitation and traceability.
• Familiarity with business rules.
• Experience with use cases, user stories, and process flows.
• Competence in UAT planning.
• Ability to create test scenarios and scripts.
• Experience in defect triage and retesting.
• Proficiency in requirements-to-test traceability.
• Ability to produce end-user and administrator documentation.
• Experience in user training.
• Strong writing skills.
• Experience working directly with government or regulated end users.
• At least 2-3 years of experience with one or more of the following: Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Enterprise CRM, government case management, or systems for investigations/audit/compliance.
• Preference for experience with Dynamics/Power Platform.
• PL-200 certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Section 508/WCAG testing preferred.
• Experience with audit/investigation/case-management workflows preferred.
• Preferred experience with Government Inspector General work.
• Familiarity with Microsoft accessibility testing preferred.
• Experience in validating Power Automate workflows preferred.
• Resume should reflect experience with requirements workshops, workflow mapping, functional specifications, UAT ownership, defect tracking, training material development, and production acceptance.
