This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +21 more states.
• Take ownership of comprehensive portfolio management for new partner implementations, which includes cross-functional reporting, organizing team meetings, and liaising with key partner representatives.
• Oversee up to 10 simultaneous implementations during peak times, each requiring a 5-week onboarding period with critical milestones across intricate university systems and statewide collaborations.
• Directly manage two partner operations managers and mentor them on best practices for engaging with institutions.
• Create a standardized project plan that outlines dependencies, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables tailored to various projects and partner categories.
• Lead the team’s risk management strategy by proactively identifying needs and challenges, and formulating mitigation plans for projects that are at risk or experiencing delays.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on partner data interactions, data standards, and quality measures, encompassing both initial and ongoing data files.
• Implement process enhancements to boost implementation efficiency and improve products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collect thorough and accurate partner and program documentation, learner stopout lists, and sustainable operational file systems.
• Transition completed workstreams to the Partner Success, data, partner operations, marketing, and product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a client-facing or account support capacity, including leading comprehensive projects from inception to completion.
• Experience leading project managers, implementation teams, or similar roles.
• Background in project management or coordination.
• Proven experience in gathering requirements from diverse business units.
• Familiarity with student and higher education data.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Strong skills in Google Workspace and Excel.
• A strong customer focus, acting as the initial representative of ReUp during the implementation process.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities with stakeholders at all management levels.
• CAPM certification or equivalent is advantageous.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; ReUp is unable to provide visa sponsorship or work authorization transfers.
